Why We Exist
There are over 33 million small businesses in the United States. Nearly half of all cyberattacks target them — yet the vast majority operate without security policies, without trained staff, and without any plan for a breach. Enterprise cybersecurity exists. SMB cybersecurity, built specifically for organizations without IT departments, largely did not.
SMB Cybersecurity Advisors LLC was founded to change that. We develop and distribute free, practical security resources — the SMB Cybersecurity Framework and a free video training course — and offer consulting for businesses ready to implement with expert guidance.
Our conviction: Professional-grade cybersecurity should not be a privilege reserved for large corporations. Every U.S. small business — regardless of budget or technical staff — deserves access to practical, actionable security guidance.
